Available destinations and rates
We currently accept orders for France and Germany only.
Shipping is paid and calculated by the total shipping weight of your order. The rates below apply to both destinations, up to 9 kg. Orders above 9 kg have no shipping option at checkout. Rates are set in EUR; if checkout uses another currency, the converted charge is shown before payment.

Processing and delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays. Orders ship from Seoul, South Korea, with Korea Post Parcel. Estimated delivery to France and Germany is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations and customs clearance can take longer.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.
Order updates and tracking
Order updates are sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, your shipping confirmation includes tracking information.
International orders
Check the checkout summary for taxes or duties collected with your order. Additional import charges may be payable to the carrier or local authority if they are not included at checkout. Destination import restrictions may apply.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly if it needs correction or if a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. We will help investigate with the relevant service provider. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
