Boxy Seoul is the shop name. Our catalogue includes products made in different countries; dispatch from Seoul does not mean that every item is manufactured in Korea. Refer to each product's listed details and contact us if you need information before ordering.
Our published delivery policy provides for dispatch from Seoul, South Korea, processing within 3 business days and estimated carrier transit of 7–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate. Delivery destinations, shipping charges and import-charge information are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the return window, refunds and international return postage. Returns are sent to Seoul; contact us for the exact return address and instructions. The Singapore correspondence address is not the return address.
